Exceptional

I really loved the whole vibe of the docs on goodwin. Clean, easy parking, close to the ferry or short scooter ride. Loved that we could head over to the storey Bridge Hotel and there was also convenience stores handy. The staff couldn't be more helpful even lending me an umbrella for the unexpected rain.

Amazing place!

Big balcony, amazing river view. Room is Spacious, nice and clean, also coming with washer and dryer which is pretty helpful. The free secure underground parking in the CBD is a really bonus.

Fantastic place in the centre of Brisbane to stay with a family.

Easy to find and an absolutely perfect location for exploring Brisbane. Apartment had views of the city from the bedrooms and views of the river from the loungeroom and kitchen. Reception was helpful when a few minor maintenance issues popped up. Secure undercover parking in the city was fantastic. Facilities were top notch, our kids lived in the heated pool. I used the gym most mornings. 2 Bedroom apartment was big enough for our family of 4 and had been recently refreshed. Would 100% stay there again as a base in Brisbane.

More crokery and pantry basics like dishwashing liquid, oil, salt, pepper etc would be helpful as we threw out what we didnt use after 4 days.

Very Good

Location, location, location!! The unit we stayed in was roomy, very nicely furnished, and contained a good variety of dishes/utensils, making it easy to self cater if you wished rather than eating out. We were extremely lucky to be on the eastern side of the building where we enjoyed beautiful breezes and were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy all there was to offer. Easy after hours check in. It was a bonus to receive a car park that was included in our tariff. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely return.

The door onto our balcony didn't lock, and we don't think it has locked for quite some time. Advised to slam it. We didn't like to slam it too hard in case we broke the glass. Being a weekend, maintenance wasn't available. The bathroom could do with a really good clean, and the doona needs to be replaced as it had stains and looked quite grubby.

A good location to stay. :)

The location was great. Easy to navigate where we wanted to go. Easy to get travel by car/foot/boat. :) Close to shops and event areas.

The hallway smelt of stale urine for 2 days. Even after notifying the cleaners. Only one of the rooms was air conditioned. Google maps didn't take us to the correct place initially.

Great 2 night city break in convenient location

Location was great and apartment exceeded expectations. We liked the clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and glasses etc. We didn’t use the pool or bbq area but appreciated the facilities and the tropical garden outlook.

The curtains looked tired and could do with cleaning. The couch had marks on it and needed a clean also. Maybe more comfortable chairs for balcony. However these are suggestions only - did not detract from overall comfort.

Lovely city location with garden and pool area. Large comfortable apartment rooms.

Lovely location in heart of Kangaroo Point. Short walk to cafes, park and free Kitty Cat ferry across river to city CBD. Reserved parking underneath building. Good sized room, well equipped kitchen facilities, lounge area & balcony with view, lounge & large bathroom with washing machine. Japanese style sliding screen between bed area and lounge is a nice touch. Easy access from car park or street in lift. Pleasant swimming pool, garden area, tennis court and gym.

Traffic noise from Story Bridge roadway when sliding doors open. However - to be expected in heart of city, and not a problem when doors closed. Fierce sun on western side which required block-out curtains to be used. Free-to-air TV reception very poor - this appears to be a recognised and, so far, unsolvable problem for the whole building. Not a great range of eating places in immediate vicinity - but there is a fabulous French patisserie.

I spent three nights in a one bedroom apartment. It's a great location, close to the Story Bridge hotel and other cafes. Good facilities if you want to cook. I arrived by car and no issues finding reception and the carpark.
